Free Store Pick-up
In a hurry and need something right away? Free Store Pick-up allows you to buy online and pickup as early as possible.
Item(s) must be in-stock and order placed at least 2 hours before store closing time.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail and other details indicating when your order is ready for pick-up.
You will be guided by one of our helpful associates when you arrive at the store vicinity to collect you purchase.
When you place your order at Marvi Sons, we will do our best to ensure your item(s) are delivered to your shipping address in good condition and expedite the process the best we can.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation e-mail.
All inter-city orders will be delivered within 2-3 days.
Nation-wide shipping will be delivered within 3-7 days.
Standard delivery charges applicable for all orders based on distance and weight of products.

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled for various reasons. Some reasons are:

Difficulty in processing payment information for Delivery.
Cannot ship to address provided.
If your order is cancelled, you will receive an e-mail notifying you of the cancellation and you will not be billed for any item(s).
If you wish to cancel your order after placing it from Marvi Sons, we will try our best to entertain your request best as possible for Store pick-up and Cash-on delivery options.
If however, you have made your payment online and your order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
Refund and Return/Exchange
Marvi Sons ensures the best business practices when handling orders and delivering them.
Some incidents are however unavoidable and out of our control.
In the event of customers receiving incorrect or damaged item(s), we will facilitate a refund or return/exchange on the order, provided that proof of damage is presented. This must be done within 3 days of receipt.
This policy is only applicable to incorrect, broken/damaged item(s) and not for any other reason.
